Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a highly non-reactive thermoplastic fluoropolymer. Soluble in strong polar solvents such as dimethylacetamide. PVDF has excellent properties such as anti-aging, chemical resistance, climate resistance and UV radiation resistance.
Applications
It can be used as engineering plastics, used in sealing ring corrosion resistant equipment, capacitors, and also used as coatings, insulation materials and ion exchange membrane materials.
